Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

A 6-week program to introduce basic mindfulness meditation practices for improved mental health and wellbeing.
Each week will include guided meditation and time for discussion and reflections.
This group will take place in person. Maximum of 5 participants during current Covid restrictions.

Private Mindfulness Meditation Instruction

An opportunity to explore mindfulness and contemplative practice in a one on one setting.
Each session will include guided meditation and time for discussion and reflections.

Mindful Movement (offered at Crusher Combat Sports)

Guided mindful movement to enhance embodied performance, focus, and awareness, and to gain a greater level of mastery and engagement of the body and mind working together**
We will explore the foundations of mindfulness as we sit together and then have open time for discussion and reflections on the practice.

Virtual Death Cafe

Death Cafe is a group facilitated discussion of death, with no agenda, objectives or themes. The purpose is to increase awareness of death and dying to help people make the most of their (FINITE) lives.
It’s not as scary as you might think. It’s not morbid or depressing, it’s a safe and welcoming space to reflect on death and therefore life while enjoying cake and a cuppa! Join me to discuss, listen, explore and consider what life and death mean to you.

Community Grief Circle
